I have really sparse brows, is a brow pencil enough to fill them in?

A brow pencil is great for filling in sparse brows as it has a very precise application. Make sure you disperse the product through the brows with a spoolie for an even result. You can also pair the Imitations Pencil with a Brow Soap, Pomade or Brow Gel for a complete brow look.
